History
One of the oldest and believed to be the first Residential Colony called Worli Ambedkar Nagar, developed by MHADA, situated at Worli, Mumbai. An Inauguration Plaque found in the Colony proclaims itself

Our History
THIS GROUP OF SIX BUILDINGS PROVIDING 228 TENEMENTS WAS CONSTRUCTED BY GOVERNMENT AT A COST OF RS 18,77,398 FOR INDUSTRIAL LABOUR IN BOMBAY. THE FOUNDATION STONE WAS LAID BY HON’BLE BALGANGADHRA KHER, PREMIER OF BOMBAY ON THE 30TH MAY 1947. HON’BLE SHRI JAGJIVANRAM, LABOUR MINISTER, GOVERNMENT OF INDIA, PERFORMED THE OPENING CEREMONY ON THE 9TH JANUARY 1949.

In order to ensure safety and security of its citizens living in old and dilapidated Buildings in Grater Mumbai, Government is providing various incentives/promotional benefits to go for Redevelopment. Due to our buildings having out-lived their age and deteriorating by the day and Structural Auditors have strongly recommended for Redevelopment, we have collectively decided to go for Redevelopment of the Area as a Group of Societies/Cluster Redevelopment using a Builder/Developer Model.
